Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Xan Sirgo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Walter Folle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Humberto Graciosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walter Folle in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto Graciosa saved ACEs from getting behind. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.S. Emelec's goalkeeper Manuel Peart, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Manuel Peart came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by ACEs 's Xan Sirgo. But to his dismay, Xan Sirgo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as C.S. Emelec's Xove Era slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Humberto Graciosa. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Walter Folle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ACEs 's Humberto Graciosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of C.S. Emelec booed when ACEs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Escandàn didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes C.S. Emelec got a freekick which was hit by Walter Folle. After 29 minutes, Leon Muga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ACEs and the C.S. Emelec players grew even worse after the yellow card. A hard shot 31 in the game by Walter Folle from a close distance when the talented Humberto Graciosa managed to make a qualified save. ACEs 's players were relieved. After 31 minutes, Juan-Alfredo Villaño mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ACEs and the C.S. Emelec players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juan-Alfredo Villaño kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Humberto Graciosa made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Filipo Zurica sent off a good shot on target. Lucio Escandàn's late challenge caught a C.S. Emelec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Escandàn helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ACEs getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lucio Escandàn hit a great ball. In the 36th minute Filipo Zurica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Graciosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ACEs 's Humberto Graciosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save ACEs from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute Xove Era shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Graciosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ACEs 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xan Sirgo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Graciosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walter Folle went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the match, Xove Era notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of ACEs 's Humberto Graciosa. Humberto Graciosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th match minute, C.S. Emelec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bone Vidanes to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Walter Folle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Humberto Graciosa was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 80thth minute of the game Walter Folle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ACEs 's Humberto Graciosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Narciso Renteria kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Humberto Graciosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipo Zurica in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C.S. Emelec had played much better football throughout.
