Ramon Obeso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 played minutes CD Villao got a freekick which was hit by François Vignot. Bone Sopeña received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Casado Pidrola came out and tried to block the shot, but Bone Sopeña slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, CD Villao's Rubio Guio got a free kick in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in UD Chives's zone, Ramon Obeso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Collazos came out of the goal and Ramon Obeso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ramon Obeso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubio Guio in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adolfo Collazos saved UD Chives from getting behind. Luisão Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Collazos having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Bone Sopeña notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of CD Villao's Casado Pidrola. Casado Pidrola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Rubio Guio managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Villao's supporters rose to their feet, but Rubio Guio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adolfo Collazos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as UD Chives's Bone Sopeña slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Casado Pidrola. That made the score 3-0 after 42 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bone Sopeña got free with Casado Pidrola in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Casado Pidrola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Montejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Casado Pidrola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Cerro in the 59th minute of play. Walter Corullon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Adolfo Collazos made a huge save. With a little luck, UD Chives's Adolfo Collazos got control of the ball when Ramon Obeso tried to sneak it across the goal line. François Vignot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolfo Collazos made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ramon Obeso sent off a good shot on target. Adolfo Collazos was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Luisão Araújo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luisão Araújo really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Rubio Guio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-2 in the 77th playminute. Casado Pidrola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bone Sopeña, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Montejo in the 82nd minute of play forced CD Villao's goalkeeper Casado Pidrola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubio Guio might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adolfo Collazos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rubio Guio ran back to his position shaking his head. After 85 played minutes CD Villao got a freekick which was hit by Rubio Guio. 90 minutes into the match, UD Chives's goalkeeper Adolfo Collazos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Obeso. Rubio Guios short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Adolfo Collazos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 93rd minute of the match Yader Agosto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Casado Pidrola skillfully saved the ball. Casado Pidrola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Melendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
