Roque Rellan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 24th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Kaviedes Poblaciàn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Roque Rellan made a huge save. A collision led to CD Buichum getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Viteri Albaratay hit a great ball. Jesus Remon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaviedes Poblaciàn struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Roque Rellan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herreria SC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaviedes Poblaciàn in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roque Rellan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jesus Remon charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Remon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jairón Puertas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. José-Francisco Almarza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jairón Puertas was the one to do the kick off. Roque Rellan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaviedes Poblaciàn's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Kaviedes Poblaciàn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roque Rellan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Nicolás Anel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the game, Kaviedes Poblaciàn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Roque Rellan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute Cortez Fraile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Rellan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaviedes Poblaciàn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes CD Buichum got a freekick which was hit by Zavier Mañueco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairón Puertas in the 94th minute of play forced Herreria SC's goalkeeper José-Francisco Almarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, CD Buichum's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Remon came free, but Roque Rellan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herreria SC's Jesus Remon got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CD Buichum walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
