In the 5thth minute of the game Jairón Puertas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apocalypto's Lucas Logares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucas Logares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairón Puertas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aguirre Requena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Roque Rellan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to CD Buichum getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Tercero Alzedar hit a great ball. If Jacinto Moiselo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Moiselo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Rellan having to interfere. The supporters of Apocalypto booed when CD Buichum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viteri Albaratay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Tercero Alzedar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Logares. Apocalypto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tercero Alzedar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Nicolás Anel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nicolás Anel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Apocalypto's zone, Nicolás Anel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Logares came out of the goal and Nicolás Anel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacinto Moiselo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Roque Rellan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jairón Puertas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucas Logares came out and tried to block the shot, but Jairón Puertas slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 47th minute.

In the 54th minute Nicolás Anel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Logares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Jairón Puertas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aguirre Requena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Rellan having to interfere. When Veto Balaunde fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Apocalypto's protests and gave Veto Balaunde a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Apocalypto got a freekick which was hit by Veto Balaunde. Torres Solares hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A collision led to Apocalypto getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Veto Balaunde hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lavalle Alday during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th minute, Lavalle Alday hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tercero Alzedar didn't quite understand what happened when in the 81 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 84thth minute of the game Jairón Puertas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apocalypto's Lucas Logares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 90thth minute of the game Jacinto Moiselo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CD Buichum's Roque Rellan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacinto Moiselo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, CD Buichum's Roque Rellan got control of the ball when Aguirre Requena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torres Solares struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Roque Rellan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apocalypto. Apocalypto's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
