In the 21st minute, William Fandoz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Barcelona SC's Espinola Salgado didn't even have to move. After 26 played minutes CD Poglio got a freekick which was hit by Torres Orellana. In the 29th minute, Isaias Viguera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xano Torto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rios Umbria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, CD Poglio's goalkeeper Xano Torto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaias Viguera. Espinola Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Barcelona SC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Isaias Iribarne hit a great ball. If Isaias Viguera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Isaias Viguera came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Barcelona SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Viguera couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Barcelona SC's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Vela came free, but Espinola Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xano Torto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Matías Oyola.
