The supporters of Sharqui booed when CD Llangahua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zosimo Sastre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venceslao Legorburu charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venceslao Legorburu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CD Llangahua getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. In the 48th minute Geancarlos Landeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Urruchua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Igor Olier made the kick off in the second half. Paolo Cedofeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Pepito Algorta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paolo Cedofeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepito Algorta having to interfere. Sharqui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Cespedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paolo Cedofeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepito Algorta having to interfere.
