Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paredes Romo got the match started through his kick off. The Koango SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Koango SC's Moises Domene played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paredes Romo in the 14th minute of play. Xzaiver Oñate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Domene having to interfere. Xzaiver Oñate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Paredes Romo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guabisay's supporters rose to their feet, but Paredes Romo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moises Domene breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Castro Feliu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Celso Mirabal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Koango SC's Castro Feliu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The supporters of Koango SC booed when Guabisay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Marchamalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th match minute, Koango SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xosepin Figueras to maneuver through the defense. Guabisay's Xzaiver Oñate got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Guabisay's Paredes Romo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moises Domene narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Moises Domene made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Xzaiver Oñate sent off a good shot on target. Paredes Romo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moises Domene having to make a save. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Castro Feliu made a kick off. Oswaldo Hero struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Celso Mirabal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Koango SC. In the 53rd minute, Carabalí Agudiez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oswaldo Hero got free with Celso Mirabal in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guabisay's Xzaiver Oñate got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Oswaldo Hero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Koango SC's Castro Feliu in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guabisay's goalie prevented a goal. If Castro Feliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Castro Feliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Mirabal having to interfere. Oswaldo Hero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Celso Mirabal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ayoví Pro during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ayoví Pro hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Paredes Romo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Domene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 98th minute, Xzaiver Oñate got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Koango SC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
