Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Maximo Abajas made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Chiriacu FC's Zuri Honorato got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Maximo Abajas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Espiga Valda 5 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Justavino Arnedo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Espiga Valda. That made the score 2-0 in the 8 minute of play. Justavino Arnedos short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Espiga Valda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zuri Honorato kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Chiriacu FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Durana. In the 23rd minute Maximo Abajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Espiga Valda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Chiriacu FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Vicente Durana hit a great ball. Justavino Arnedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Espiga Valda made a huge save. Zuri Honorato's late challenge caught a UD Ayurcu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zuri Honorato helped the player get up and apologised. If Justavino Arnedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Montalvo Villafranca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Parrales Zarandona was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Montalvo Villafranca struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Parrales Zarandona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chiriacu FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Zuri Honorato managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chiriacu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zuri Honorato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Parrales Zarandona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Maximo Abajas came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the UD Ayurcu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Abajas couldn't finish the play.

55 minutes into the match, Chiriacu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Abajas came free, but Espiga Valda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Parrales Zarandona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Montalvo Villafranca in the 58th minute. In the 63rd minute, Vicente Durana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chiriacu FC's goalkeeper Espiga Valda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute, one of UD Ayurcu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UD Ayurcu. The goalkeeper, Parrales Zarandona, was totally fooled by Chiriacu FC's Gerardo Pinto, who 75 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After some careless play in the Chiriacu FC defense, Justavino Arnedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Espiga Valda. The Chiriacu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Espiga Valda should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in UD Ayurcu's zone, Montalvo Villafranca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Parrales Zarandona came out of the goal and Montalvo Villafranca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the match, Chiriacu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justavino Arnedo came free, but Espiga Valda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Montalvo Villafranca struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Parrales Zarandona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chiriacu FC. Chiriacu FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
