Omar Ucieda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitin Rabe having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, one of Guishapa FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Saraguro. Flor Negron stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vitin Rabe. 0-1. Zavier Echarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zavier Echarri was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Guishapa FC's Vitin Rabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Ucieda in the 27th minute of play. Flor Negron charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flor Negron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Flor Negron hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th match minute, Guishapa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Caño to maneuver through the defense. When Saraguro's Jácome Rioboo in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Xurdin Migolla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Camara kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Saraguro's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Espin came free, but Xurdin Migolla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jácome Rioboos short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Vitin Rabe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Zavier Echarri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Cuero Armijo in the 84th minute really tested Vitin Rabe's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Pinto Reñe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xurdin Migolla. Saraguro's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cesar Espin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xurdin Migolla having to interfere.
