Zavier Echarri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Angel Palomino having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Cesar Espin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Zavier Echarri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guishapa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zavier Echarri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan-Angel Palomino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan-Angel Palomino made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Cesar Espin sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Cesar Espin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guishapa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesar Espin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of Guishapa FC booed when Toachi SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Morquera didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Toachi SC's goal looked a bit too open when Zavier Echarri came free, but Juan-Angel Palomino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 played minutes Toachi SC got a freekick which was hit by Parisi Lariz. A hard shot by Pinto Reñe from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Juan-Angel Palomino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 42 minutes, Jairón Estany managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toachi SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairón Estany was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zadornin Alejandro to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Toachi SC's goal looked a bit too open when Zavier Echarri came free, but Juan-Angel Palomino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Toachi SC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jairón Estany hit a great ball. Parisi Lariz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Zavier Echarri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zavier Echarri in the 70th minute of play forced Toachi SC's goalkeeper Juan-Angel Palomino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Zavier Echarri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Espin scored 1-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan-Angel Palomino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zavier Echarri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Juan-Angel Palomino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Toachi SC's zone, Zavier Echarri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan-Angel Palomino came out of the goal and Zavier Echarri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zavier Echarri in the 94th minute of play forced Toachi SC's goalkeeper Juan-Angel Palomino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zadornin Alejandro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Vitin Rabe made a huge save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Guishapa FC fully deserved thier win.
