Criban Carranza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Cushuimi getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Segundo Carnero hit a great ball. Jauregui SC's Salvador Oña couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cushuimi. After 11th play minutes Criban Carranza shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Suárez Zuniga and just under the crossbar into goal. If Villarreal Mudarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Cushuimi's goal looked a bit too open when Criban Carranza came free, but Suárez Zuniga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walter Concellon was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Villarreal Mudarra capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Villarreal Mudarra really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Ansures got free with Walter Concellon in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 31 in the game by Eduardo Ansures from a close distance when the talented Walter Concellon managed to make a qualified save. Jauregui SC's players were relieved. After 37 minutes of play, Jauregui SC's Criban Carranza made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Suárez Zuniga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cushuimi's Suárez Zuniga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Criban Carranza in the 42nd minute of play. Suárez Zuniga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubarna Villoria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Criban Carranza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jauregui SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Criban Carranza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Suárez Zuniga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Villarreal Mudarra to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Criban Carranza in the 55th minute of play forced Cushuimi's goalkeeper Suárez Zuniga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Jauregui SC's goal looked a bit too open when Villarreal Mudarra came free, but Walter Concellon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cushuimi's goalkeeper Suárez Zuniga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute Villarreal Mudarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Concellon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Marco Callon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the game, one of Jauregui SC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Walter Concellon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Villarreal Mudarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Criban Carranza in the 79th minute of play forced Cushuimi's goalkeeper Suárez Zuniga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Criban Carranza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suárez Zuniga having to interfere. Paredes Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Villarreal Mudarra struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Walter Concellon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cushuimi. In the 98th minute, Eduardo Ansures ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walter Concellon was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jauregui SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cushuimi.
