Yambay Darroja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, CD Cacaoal's Ascencio Fortuño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yambay Darroja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Yambay Darroja was a little too slow when Emanuel Peñacastillo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. Zumar Forcadas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murillo Boix didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xines Gayferos went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Ascencio Fortuño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yambay Darroja having to interfere. Yépez Gormaz kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Yambay Darroja was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Luzuriaga Vallujera. Murillo Boix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zumar Forcadas in the 33rd minute of play. Xines Gayferos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Murillo Boix read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, one of CD Cacaoal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 41st minute, Yépez Gormaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Ascencio Fortuño ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yambay Darroja was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in CD Cacaoal's zone, Zumar Forcadas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murillo Boix came out of the goal and Zumar Forcadas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zumar Forcadas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zumar Forcadas took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murillo Boix. Murillo Boix dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. After 70 played minutes Limachig SC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Recasens. 73 minutes into the match, CD Cacaoal's goal looked a bit too open when Xines Gayferos came free, but Murillo Boix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Limachig SC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Xavier Rubi hit a great ball. Luzuriaga Vallujera was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Yambay Darroja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ascencio Fortuño in the 79th minute of the match. Ascencio Fortuño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Limachig SC's Zumar Forcadas got a free kick in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Limachig SC's zone, Ascencio Fortuño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yambay Darroja came out of the goal and Ascencio Fortuño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dennis Zadaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CD Cacaoal were furious when Luzuriaga Vallujera was red carded, 98 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 97th minute, one of CD Cacaoal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CD Cacaoal. In the 100th minute there was a penalty for Limachig SC. Armando Recasens stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Murillo Boix. 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Limachig SC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
