After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Yambay Xandri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timbre's supporters rose to their feet, but Yambay Xandri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reyes Gipils breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 6 minutes into the match, Yambay Xandri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reyes Gipils. UD Galope's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yambay Xandri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erwin Abeita during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, UD Galope's Erwin Abeita got a free kick in the 9th minute. A collision led to UD Galope getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Erwin Abeita hit a great ball. Lastra Arambula took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferrer Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes of play, UD Galope's Trota Iturrate made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lastra Arambula was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute, Timbre's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ferrer Marin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Noriega Hormilla during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Timbre's Noriega Hormilla got a free kick in the 25th minute. Trota Iturrate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Ferrer Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lastra Arambula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yambay Xandri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Reyes Gipils tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reyes Gipils made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Queiruga in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Timbre's zone, Ferrer Marin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lastra Arambula came out of the goal and Ferrer Marin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Timbre fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Timbre's Yambay Xandri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Timbre were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yambay Xandri was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, one of Timbre:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Timbre. Lastra Arambula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferrer Marin in the 59th minute of play. Trota Iturrate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Lastra Arambula tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of UD Galope booed when Timbre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sastre didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferrer Marin in the 68th minute of play forced Timbre's goalkeeper Lastra Arambula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reyes Gipils didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Timbre's Yambay Xandri shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. UD Galope's Reyes Gipils proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save UD Galope from getting a goal against them. Vincent Queiruga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reyes Gipils having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, UD Galope was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Abeita to maneuver through the defense.
