Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ubarna Izquierdo's late challenge caught a UD Carretas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubarna Izquierdo helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 minutes of play CD Alaspungo's Ubarna Izquierdo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ubarna Izquierdo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Aurelio Yaner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, CD Alaspungo's Henry Borrellino got control of the ball when Aurelio Yaner tried to sneak it across the goal line. CD Alaspungo's Henry Borrellino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Echaitia in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sotomayor Raiz in the 23rd minute of play forced UD Carretas's goalkeeper Montalvo Murillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, UD Carretas's goal looked a bit too open when Sotomayor Raiz came free, but Montalvo Murillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sotomayor Raiz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Montalvo Murillo having to make a save. Luciano Echaitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Henry Borrellino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Echaitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Luciano Echaitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Luciano Echaitia came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the UD Carretas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Echaitia couldn't finish the play. Sotomayor Raiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montalvo Murillo having to interfere. After 44 played minutes UD Carretas got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Hubieta.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luciano Echaitia was the one to do the kick off. Henry Borrellino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Echaitia in the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Yaner in the 53rd minute of play forced CD Alaspungo's goalkeeper Henry Borrellino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, UD Carretas's goalkeeper Montalvo Murillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sotomayor Raiz. In the 59th minute, UD Carretas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sotomayor Raiz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in CD Alaspungo's zone, Aurelio Yaner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henry Borrellino came out of the goal and Aurelio Yaner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Luciano Echaitia managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Carretas's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Echaitia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henry Borrellino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sotomayor Raiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luciano Echaitia in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henry Borrellino saved CD Alaspungo from getting behind. With a little luck, UD Carretas's Montalvo Murillo got control of the ball when Sotomayor Raiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sotomayor Raiz got free with Montalvo Murillo in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Horquizar during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes CD Alaspungo got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Horquizar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
