Moreno Tercilla charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moreno Tercilla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moreno Tercilla kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Asancoto's goalkeeper Machado Aniego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Shinquir SC booed when CD Asancoto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Lada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ataulfo Lando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Rodrigo Piñeiros made a precise shot to the right of Klimowitz Estebanes. Shinquir SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Alonso Ugalde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Piñeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alonso Ugalde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Klimowitz Estebanes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Rodrigo Piñeiros in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Klimowitz Estebanes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Elias Bullon charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Bullon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, CD Asancoto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Bullon to maneuver through the defense. Alonso Ugalde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th match minute, CD Asancoto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martinez Sastrias to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xepe Padolles in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Machado Aniego saved CD Asancoto from getting behind. After 46 played minutes CD Asancoto got a freekick which was hit by Elias Bullon. Ataulfo Lando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Machado Aniego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Piñeiros in the 53rd minute of play forced Shinquir SC's goalkeeper Klimowitz Estebanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dario Laiz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Klimowitz Estebanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonso Ugalde in the 64th minute of the match. Ataulfo Lando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Machado Aniego having to interfere. Alberto Correa hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Ataulfo Lando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Estrada Rodrigo's late challenge caught a Shinquir SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Estrada Rodrigo helped the player get up and apologised. Klimowitz Estebanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonso Ugalde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xepe Padolles in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Machado Aniego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Rodrigo Piñeiros came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the CD Asancoto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Piñeiros couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Piñeiros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Klimowitz Estebanes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 83 played minutes Shinquir SC got a freekick which was hit by Zuberoa Tejada. The CD Asancoto fans cheered their team off the field, for while Shinquir SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
