Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Arboleda Marcha started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, UD Naranjito's Brito Gallo got a free kick in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Javilla's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Palazuelos came free, but Gerardo Arripe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 13 minutes, Estevez Lira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Javilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Estevez Lira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of UD Naranjito booed when Javilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gómez Pedraja didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, UD Naranjito's Manolo Salazar got a free kick in the 17th minute. 0-1 became the score in the 18th minute when Arboleda Marcha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gerardo Arripe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lavalle Colmenero. After 25 played minutes UD Naranjito got a freekick which was hit by Manolo Salazar. In the 26th minute, Mario Vegas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and UD Naranjito's Xilo Eugenio didn't even have to move. In the 32nd minute, Enrique Pardabu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Arripe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Enrique Pardabu might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerardo Arripe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Pardabu ran back to his position shaking his head. Ovidio Palazuelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Arripe having to interfere. Gerardo Arripe was a little too slow when Ovidio Palazuelos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-2. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Enrique Pardabu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

The wind increased when Ovidio Palazuelos made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Enrique Pardabu managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Naranjito's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Pardabu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerardo Arripe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ovidio Palazuelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estevez Liras short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Xilo Eugenio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Manolo Salazar fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Naranjito's protests and gave Manolo Salazar a yellow card for diving instead. Xilo Eugenio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arboleda Marcha's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Estevez Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Xilo Eugenio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Pardabu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gerardo Arripe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidio Palazuelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Arripe having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Arboleda Marcha fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Xilo Eugenio, passed just outside the right post. After 71 played minutes UD Naranjito got a freekick which was hit by Manolo Salazar. If Arboleda Marcha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidio Palazuelos in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerardo Arripe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th match minute, UD Naranjito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lavalle Colmenero to maneuver through the defense. Estevez Lira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Xilo Eugenio made a huge save. In the 81st minute, Lavalle Colmenero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Pardabu struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Gerardo Arripe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Naranjito. Enrique Pardabu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Arripe having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
