Carnero Hita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Cambas in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes in the game, Cotera Eguilaz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ponce Fabeiro having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Tejeyra to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pen SC's zone, Luis Cambas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carnero Hita came out of the goal and Luis Cambas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Castillo Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Castillo Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ponce Fabeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cotera Eguilaz in the 79th minute of play forced Villacis SC's goalkeeper Ponce Fabeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Castillo Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pen SC's Carnero Hita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Tejeyra in the 82nd minute of play. Fabian Tejeyra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Pen SC's Vasco Caraveo got a free kick in the 85th minute. Luis Cambas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Carnero Hita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Fabian Tejeyra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carnero Hita. Fabian Tejeyra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 96th minute Fabian Tejeyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carnero Hita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pen SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
