In the 8th minute, Walme Buruaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aries F.C.'s Baldomiro Sugoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Aries F.C. from getting a goal against them. Perlaza Morillo came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Aries F.C.'s Roque Lasarte. But to his dismay, Roque Lasarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Perlaza Morillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Laboy in the 22nd minute of the match. Roque Lasarte scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perlaza Morillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jorge Jesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perlaza Morillo having to interfere. Perlaza Morillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Laboy, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Perlaza Morillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Galdia in the 31st minute of the match. David Broberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perlaza Morillo having to interfere. Jorge Jesco scored 0-3 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perlaza Morillo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the game, Aries F.C.'s Andres Galdia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Perlaza Morillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. If Jorge Jesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arévalo Armoña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perlaza Morillo having to interfere. In the 47th minute Isaac Laboy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perlaza Morillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Nero players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Aries F.C. were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Jesco to make the kick off. Perlaza Morillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Laboy, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Nero's Perlaza Morillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roque Lasarte in the 60th minute of play. Aries F.C.'s Arévalo Armoña got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Nero's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Laboy came free, but Perlaza Morillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xaiver Grillo charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xaiver Grillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jorge Jesco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 65th playminute. A collision led to Aries F.C. getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Roque Lasarte hit a great ball. Nero's Alvarez Fallabes got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Jorge Jesco fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aries F.C.'s protests and gave Jorge Jesco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th minute, Jorge Jesco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alvarez Fallabes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Nero's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Laboy came free, but Perlaza Morillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walme Buruaga in the 87th minute of play forced Aries F.C.'s goalkeeper Baldomiro Sugoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Jesco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nero's Perlaza Morillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Nero from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Aries F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nero throughout the match.
