Federico Domao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Miguel González Bengtsson in the 11th minute of the match. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Federico Domao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Larrauri in the 12th minute of play. Rolando Cagigal got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Juan Miguel González Bengtsson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Navariega got free with Rustam Martynov in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jairo Berastegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rustam Martynov having to interfere. Eduardo Navariega received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rustam Martynov came out and tried to block the shot, but Eduardo Navariega slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. If Jairo Berastegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Cortez Gill managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Manuel Plata in the 31 minute of the game. A throw-in in the 34th minute of the game was made by Manuel Plata with Rolando Cagigal as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 38th minute Eduardo Navariega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rustam Martynov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Sochacki kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Rustam Martynov was a little too slow when Eduardo Navariega got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-1. 44 minutes into the game, Dinu Stoleru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Águilas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caldo de Gallina Ranchero the free kick. Eduardo Navariega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Rustam Martynov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eduardo Navariega to strike the kick off in the second half. Federico Domao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolando Cagigal in the 52nd minute. Eduardo Navariega struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Rustam Martynov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caldo de Gallina Ranchero. The supporters of Caldo de Gallina Ranchero booed when Águilas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Plata didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Rolando Cagigal in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Antonio Barreira. After 64 played minutes Caldo de Gallina Ranchero got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Barreira. Federico Domao made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Juan Miguel González Bengtsson sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Águilas FC's Dinu Stoleru got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 76th minute, Jairo Berastegui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Rolando Cagigal in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Antonio Barreira. 83 minutes in the game Rolando Cagigal did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Juan Miguel González Bengtsson. Federico Domao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Miguel González Bengtsson's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Rolando Cagigal in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Federico Domao, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Federico Domao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Miguel González Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Cagigal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 93rd playminute. In the 96th match minute, Águilas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Sochacki to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Navariega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Águilas FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
