The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Ornopata's Joaquin Loredo in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kaiser!'s goalie prevented a goal. Esteban Dreer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Loredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Castillo Maridueña cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Xan Descapa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Urki Miras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban Dreer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. If Joaquin Loredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xan Descapa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zuñiga Goyanes in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Kaiser!'s goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Loredo came free, but Esteban Dreer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Dreer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Loredo in the 20th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Kaiser! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xoan Oviedo to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the game, Urki Miras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Esteban Dreer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquin Loredo in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban Dreer saved Kaiser! from getting behind. The supporters of Kaiser! booed when Ornopata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Oñatibia didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Loredo in the 38th minute of play forced Kaiser!'s goalkeeper Esteban Dreer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Oñate came free, but Xan Descapa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Kaiser!'s Rodrigo Oñate fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Xan Descapa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Oñate in the 45th minute of the match. Zuñiga Goyanes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Xan Descapa made a huge save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Ornopata made a substitution. Pipo Inzaghi replaced Urki Miras. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Loredo to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Pipo Inzaghi sped through Kaiser!'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Esteban Dreer. An unexpectedly hard shot by Castillo Maridueña in the 60th minute of play forced Ornopata's goalkeeper Xan Descapa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Kaiser!'s goal looked a bit too open when Pipo Inzaghi came free, but Esteban Dreer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Dreer made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Joaquin Loredo sent off a good shot on target. Xan Descapa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Oñate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zuñiga Goyanes scored 2-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xan Descapa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joaquin Loredo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Esteban Dreer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Xan Descapa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ugutz Ibañez in the 74th minute of play. Ornopata's Xan Descapa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Castillo Maridueña in the 83rd minute of play. When Joaquin Loredo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Ornopata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Loredo couldn't finish the play. Ornopata's Joaquin Loredo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ornopata's zone, Castillo Maridueña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xan Descapa came out of the goal and Castillo Maridueña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
