The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Montae Galnares fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Anton Macilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Avimi FC's Sazon Mangas got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Christovao Galindo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 12 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Goyo Dacorrega was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Anton Macilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Iturriz's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Bitxintxo Piedrahita hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Gelmiro Bullon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Christovao Galindo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pimbi's supporters rose to their feet, but Christovao Galindo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Goyo Dacorrega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, Avimi FC's goalkeeper Goyo Dacorrega had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaitan Vilela. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bitxintxo Piedrahita in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Macilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gonsalve Mieses kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Gelmiro Bullon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Anton Macilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cordarrol Mobellan kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Gelmiro Bullon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 73rd minute Gelmiro Bullon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Macilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Pimbi booed when Avimi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bitxintxo Piedrahita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Goyo Dacorrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christovao Galindo in the 91st minute of the match. Goyo Dacorrega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaitan Vilela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anton Macilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gelmiro Bullon's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Avimi FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
