Javier Ibarra charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 12th play minute Enaut Proaño came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Guaberto Marigorta. 1-0. Perez Collantes in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guaberto Marigorta, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 24 minutes, Frantzes Cordon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Damian and the Patuato FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 24 played minutes Damian got a freekick which was hit by Frantzes Cordon. In the 27th of the match, Perez Collantes tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Guaberto Marigorta got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 28th match minute, Patuato FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis-Antonio Maysonet to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Fertus Flames sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Patuato FC's Guaberto Marigorta didn't even have to move. In the 33rd minute Xuaco Muela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Ladra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Damian's zone, Piorno Larren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Ladra came out of the goal and Piorno Larren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Ladra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xuaco Muela in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Damian's goal looked a bit too open when Piorno Larren came free, but Rolando Ladra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xuaco Muela in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Ladra saved Damian from getting behind. Enaut Proaño kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Frantzes Cordon was shown his second yellow card after 41 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 42 played minutes Damian got a freekick which was hit by Frantzes Cordon. When Xuaco Muela came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Patuato FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xuaco Muela couldn't finish the play. After having played for 46 minutes, Perez Collantes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Damian's supporters crossed their fingers, but Perez Collantes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
With his leg Rolando Ladra managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Patuato FC's Piorno Larren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Perez Collantes hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuaco Muela in the 57th minute of play forced Damian's goalkeeper Rolando Ladra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Ladra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xuaco Muela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xuaco Muela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Ladra having to interfere. Rolando Ladra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rolando Ladra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piorno Larren, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Rolando Ladra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piorno Larren went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuaco Muela in the 95th minute of play forced Damian's goalkeeper Rolando Ladra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Patuato FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
