When Anastasio Rial came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Guayacamal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastasio Rial couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Raymond Cembrana took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Patrido Sodupe to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Bakar Hurtaran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guayacamal's supporters rose to their feet, but Bakar Hurtaran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cordeiro Beamud breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the match, Rengito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Rial came free, but Cordeiro Beamud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
