Roland Toledo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sengrat Aballe went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Roland Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodney Saboya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodney Saboya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Toledo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sengrat Aballe in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cordarius Cardiel in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimo Payon saved Maurica from getting behind. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodney Saboya made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Marincito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodney Saboya came free, but Roland Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Maurica booed when Marincito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordairo San didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 minutes, Manoel Somellera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maurica and the Marincito FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Rodney Saboya came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Maurica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodney Saboya couldn't finish the play. Marincito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maurica the free kick. Everardo Loreto hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Marincito FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Maurica were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
