Orixe Bendicho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ospetsu Ahijado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atilano Caras in the 8th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Jonas Cuevas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Volcanero's Bernardino Huerga. Bernardino Huerga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. LosChechecos's Zunbeltz Oromi got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jonas Cuevas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Jonas Cuevas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Huerga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Orixe Bendicho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Volcanero's Bernardino Huerga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Cuevas in the 35th minute of play. Ospetsu Ahijado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orixe Bendicho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilano Caras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, Zunbeltz Oromi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Volcanero's Bernardino Huerga. Bernardino Huerga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sansone Oquendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Huerga having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
After a rather tough play, LosChechecos's Sansone Oquendo got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 61 played minutes LosChechecos got a freekick which was hit by Sansone Oquendo. The supporters of LosChechecos booed when Volcanero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sagrario Queto didn't get a good kick on the ball. LosChechecos's John Mañes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bernardino Huerga but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zunbeltz Oromi in the 67th minute of play forced Volcanero's goalkeeper Bernardino Huerga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jonas Cuevas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th match minute, LosChechecos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Trevijano to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Sagrario Queto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and LosChechecos's Ospetsu Ahijado didn't even have to move. In the 77th match minute, LosChechecos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sansone Oquendo to maneuver through the defense. After 87 played minutes LosChechecos got a freekick which was hit by Severo Fuertes. If Atilano Caras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to LosChechecos getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Tulio Raireta hit a great ball. The LosChechecos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
