When Chorroco's Silbestre Cuevas in 9 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Calvet Rumayor guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When Tobias Prabes came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Tibure FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Prabes couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Ximun Corias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Aldaz was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. During the 30th minute of the match Maurino Gaytan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Maurino Gaytan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Maurino Gaytan kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. A collision led to Chorroco getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Osoro Ubiña hit a great ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Ramiro Megid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tibure FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Megid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Tibure FC's goalkeeper Calvet Rumayor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Piñera. When Chorroco's Silbestre Cuevas in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aires Herdozain stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Calvet Rumayor. 1-0. If Virgilio Piñera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Ramiro Megid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Virgilio Piñera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chorroco's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Piñera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calvet Rumayor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ximun Corias got free with Ariel Aldaz in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew the final whistle, Chorroco could leave the field as winners, despite Tibure FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
