After 3 played minutes, Galactics FC's Nevada Vidania shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oliverio Armero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galactics FC reached it. Reynardo Peñafiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerazan Goiri in the 4th minute of play. Alvaro Ruiloba might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reynardo Peñafiel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvaro Ruiloba ran back to his position shaking his head. Reynardo Peñafiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Etxatxu Lavin in the 8th minute of the match. Galactics FC's Reynardo Peñafiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etxatxu Lavin in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Galactics FC's Totakoxe Miras ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oliverio Armero. Oliverio Armero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 14 played minutes Galactics FC got a freekick which was hit by Hustaz Leyarte. Etxatxu Lavin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynardo Peñafiel having to interfere. Reynardo Peñafiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eguen Abella in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Etxatxu Lavin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. basc FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etxatxu Lavin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oliverio Armero made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Moises Rapino sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute, Etxatxu Lavin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The basc FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of basc FC booed when Galactics FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Godines didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Gerazan Goiri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reynardo Peñafiel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Reynardo Peñafiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Etxatxu Lavin, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With a little luck, basc FC's Oliverio Armero got control of the ball when Moises Rapino tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Moises Rapino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Oliverio Armero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oliverio Armero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Molla in the 38th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Sagrario Valiño made the kick off in the second half. Gerazan Goiri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sagrario Valiño in the 59th minute of play forced basc FC's goalkeeper Oliverio Armero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Etxatxu Lavin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. basc FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etxatxu Lavin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. basc FC's Cordarin Ayos got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reynardo Peñafiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Galactics FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Etxatxu Lavin scored to the left of an out of position Reynardo Peñafiel, making the score, 2-4. The supporters of Galactics FC booed when basc FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eguen Abella didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Ruiloba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynardo Peñafiel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, basc FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sagrario Valiño came free, but Oliverio Armero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galactics FC's goalkeeper Reynardo Peñafiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Ruiloba in the 82nd minute of play forced Galactics FC's goalkeeper Reynardo Peñafiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Galactics FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. basc FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
