Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ximenes Arrocha in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Perdomo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Pedro Perdomo managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Tilines FC's Baldomiro Colunga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Xose Bayllo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinicio Mardones read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Xose Bayllo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vinicio Mardones showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xose Bayllo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Tilines FC's Ximenes Arrocha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Perdomo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in UA Carabobo's zone, Baldomiro Colunga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Perdomo came out of the goal and Baldomiro Colunga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ximenes Arrocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Perdomo having to interfere. Ximenes Arrocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Pedro Perdomo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tilines FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
