Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benicio Rabe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Edelmiro Vivar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lobo Olarria received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gurutz Lumbreras came out and tried to block the shot, but Lobo Olarria slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Remir Galaviz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrido Morante in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Cariaquito's Lobo Olarria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gurutz Lumbreras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Cariaquito's Remir Galaviz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lon Isasi in the 24th minute of play. Patrido Morante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Remir Galaviz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Cariaquito's goal looked a bit too open when Patrido Morante came free, but Remir Galaviz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edelmiro Vivar kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, Yagrumito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lon Isasi to maneuver through the defense. Remir Galaviz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrido Morante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrido Morante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yagrumito FC's Gurutz Lumbreras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benicio Rabe in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrido Morante to make the kick off. Benicio Rabe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gurutz Lumbreras having to interfere. Gurutz Lumbreras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Rabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With a little luck, Cariaquito's Remir Galaviz got control of the ball when Lon Isasi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benicio Rabe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gurutz Lumbreras having to interfere. Lobo Olarria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gurutz Lumbreras having to interfere. If Patrido Morante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cariaquito's Savier Rafecas got a free kick in the 75th minute. Patrido Morante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lon Isasi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Remir Galaviz made a huge save. Remir Galaviz came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Yagrumito FC's Lon Isasi. But to his dismay, Lon Isasi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrido Morante in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remir Galaviz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yagrumito FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
