Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nueva Esparta FC's Bernabe Divaichin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Nueva Esparta FC's Bernabe Divaichin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristos Ciencabrero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Armiñan got free with Cristos Ciencabrero in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benicio Tapia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zarando Santibañez in the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Nueva Esparta FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Vitin Portillo hit a great ball. When Marcelito Miranes fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barebare's protests and gave Marcelito Miranes a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Barebare got a freekick which was hit by Froila Caro. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Severino Armiñan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Barebare's Cristos Ciencabrero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Barebare from getting a goal against them. In the 34th match minute, Barebare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Tumiraos to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Bernabe Divaichin rounded Barebare's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Severino Armiñan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Severino Armiñan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Uriel Sabon made the kick off in the second half. Cristos Ciencabrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Armiñan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zarando Santibañez came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benicio Tapia could save by the left post. Nueva Esparta FC's Severino Armiñan pulled a muscle in his leg after 56 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 56 minutes, Eguerdi Urquiola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barebare and the Nueva Esparta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Barebare's Eguerdi Urquiola got a free kick in the 57th minute. Bernabe Divaichin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristos Ciencabrero having to interfere. The supporters of Nueva Esparta FC booed when Barebare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estevez Riguera didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Divaichin in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristos Ciencabrero saved Barebare from getting behind. 68 minutes into the game, Vitin Portillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nueva Esparta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barebare the free kick. In the 68th minute, Vitin Portillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zarando Santibañez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uriel Sabon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Benicio Tapia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernabe Divaichin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristos Ciencabrero having to interfere. Bernabe Divaichin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Cristos Ciencabrero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Divaichin in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristos Ciencabrero saved Barebare from getting behind. Bernabe Divaichin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristos Ciencabrero having to interfere. Vitin Portillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristos Ciencabrero having to make a save. There was no doubt that Nueva Esparta FC were the better team. Nueva Esparta FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
