Wilfredo Travis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. During the 20th minute of the match Colin Spangler completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Colin Spangler a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Andre Spangler charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andre Spangler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute, Andre Spangler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jonathon Riley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claude Veltman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilfredo Travis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claude Veltman made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Jon Sanford notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Davenport's Benny Courtney. Benny Courtney was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 53rd minute, Sol Bragg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darius Jean's late challenge caught a Davenport's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darius Jean helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to South Bradenton AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Darius Jean hit a great ball. In the 73rd match minute, South Bradenton AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Worthington to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claude Veltman in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilfredo Travis saved South Bradenton AFC from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Stewart Griffin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th match minute, Davenport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Houston Barrera to maneuver through the defense. South Bradenton AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emilio Worthington in the 81st minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Stewart Griffin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 83 played minutes Davenport got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Shirley. 84 minutes into the match, South Bradenton AFC's Emilio Worthington broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 87 played minutes South Bradenton AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cruz Connolly. The crowd rose to their feet as Claude Veltman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilfredo Travis. That made the score 2-2 in the 91 minute of play. Nathanial Veltman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
