Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Travis Valentine got the match started through his kick off. Chase Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Quintin Hilton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute Travis McKinney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quintin Hilton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, North Tonawanda FC's Deshawn McCain sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Glenn Singh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Chase Macias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mono Vista AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chase Macias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quintin Hilton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Travis McKinney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilfredo Dailey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Quintin Hilton. North Tonawanda FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Travis McKinney cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Quintin Hilton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 34 minutes into the match, Travis McKinney had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Quintin Hilton. North Tonawanda FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Travis McKinney was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deshawn McCain got free with Glenn Singh in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Travis Valentine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Travis Valentine managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Tonawanda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Travis Valentine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Glenn Singh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deshawn McCain had several of the Mono Vista AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 44 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Glenn Singh as he didn't even see the shot coming. After the first half Mono Vista AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chase Macias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Manuel Dickerson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Tonawanda FC and the Mono Vista AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mono Vista AFC booed when North Tonawanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Dickerson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Glenn Singh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deshawn McCain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chase Macias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quintin Hilton having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Travis McKinney got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Deshawn McCain managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Tonawanda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Deshawn McCain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Glenn Singh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Mono Vista AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Travis Valentine came free, but Glenn Singh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deshawn McCain might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Glenn Singh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Deshawn McCain ran back to his position shaking his head. If Travis Valentine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, North Tonawanda FC's Manuel Dickerson got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Travis McKinney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Quintin Hilton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Travis Valentine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glenn Singh having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Mono Vista AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Deshawn McCain came free, but Glenn Singh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. North Tonawanda FC's Deshawn McCain got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Glenn Singh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deshawn McCain went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Travis Valentine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 97 minutes, Travis Valentine managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Tonawanda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Travis Valentine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
