Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Elton Dukes made the kick off and thus started the match. Bradley Stubbs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aidan Rosen made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Bradley Stubbs sent off a good shot on target. Bradley Stubbss short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Aidan Rosen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind University Heights AFC's goalkeeper Aidan Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in University Heights AFC's zone, Elton Dukes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aidan Rosen came out of the goal and Elton Dukes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute Sebastian Schwartz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Childers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Bradley Stubbs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes University Heights AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Rich. When Goldenrod FC's Elton Dukes in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye University Heights AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th match minute, Goldenrod FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinand Culver to maneuver through the defense. Goldenrod FC's Roman Childers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerry Barr in the 27th minute of play. Roman Childers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Schwartz in the 31st minute of play. Elton Dukes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Aidan Rosen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aidan Rosen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bradley Stubbs in the 37th minute. Aidan Rosen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elton Dukes's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in University Heights AFC's zone, Elton Dukes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aidan Rosen came out of the goal and Elton Dukes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aidan Rosen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bradley Stubbs in the 42nd minute. Elton Dukes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aidan Rosen having to interfere. Emmanuel Longoria kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerry Barr to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes University Heights AFC got a freekick which was hit by Garrett Lynn. Aidan Rosen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elton Dukes in the 56th minute of the match. Sylvester Bain kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After some careless play in the University Heights AFC defense, Elton Dukes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aidan Rosen. The University Heights AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aidan Rosen should have stopped the shot. Aidan Rosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradley Stubbs in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, University Heights AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Elton Dukes came free, but Aidan Rosen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. University Heights AFC's Aidan Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradley Stubbs in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind University Heights AFC's goalkeeper Aidan Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 83 minutes into the game, Goldenrod FC's Bradley Stubbs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aidan Rosen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Goldenrod FC's Elton Dukes, in the 88th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Goldenrod FC. Sebastian Schwartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Childers having to interfere. Aidan Rosen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elton Dukes, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doug Timmons during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Goldenrod FC booed when University Heights AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doug Timmons didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Goldenrod FC were the better team. Goldenrod FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
