When Kyle Shipp came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Suncook AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyle Shipp couldn't finish the play. 10 minutes into the match, Holly Hill's goalkeeper Billy Whitt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Blount. Kyle Shipp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Whitt having to interfere. Loren Harvey charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Loren Harvey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes Holly Hill got a freekick which was hit by Loren Harvey. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kyle Shipp in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Billy Whitt saved Holly Hill from getting behind. Billy Whitt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Shipp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 23rd minute of the match Loren Harvey completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Loren Harvey a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Loren Harvey hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Billy Whitt made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Leonardo Blount sent off a good shot on target. If Kyle Shipp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Leonardo Blount managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suncook AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Blount was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reggie Benjamin's late challenge caught a Suncook AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reggie Benjamin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Reggie Benjamin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Suncook AFC were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Holly Hill's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roscoe Daniels took the corner. Malcolm Reeves made a great header on Suncook AFC's corner, it was just that Holly Hill's Billy Whitt managed to reach the ball for a save. Tom Bradley struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Shannon Coronado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holly Hill. In the 48th minute, Roscoe Daniels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tom Bradley was the one to do the kick off. Shannon Coronado was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Oren Farr. 58 minutes into the match, Holly Hill's Tom Bradley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Shannon Coronado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute of the match Tyrone Finney sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Billy Whitt skillfully saved the ball. Billy Whitt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Blount in the 64th minute of play. Billy Whitt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Shipp in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Blount in the 79th minute of play forced Holly Hill's goalkeeper Billy Whitt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Holly Hill defense, Kyle Shipp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Billy Whitt. The Holly Hill fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Billy Whitt should have stopped the shot. When Tyrell Winkler fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Suncook AFC's protests and gave Tyrell Winkler a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Suncook AFC's Tyrell Winkler got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Tom Bradley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Holly Hill's Reggie Benjamin got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Suncook AFC had won after a very even match.
