Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Andy Kennedy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Indianola's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Kennedy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zack Garza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jasper Handy came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Indianola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jasper Handy couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Whitlock in the 8th minute of play forced North Great River AFC's goalkeeper Zack Garza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jasper Handy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zack Garza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Jasper Handy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Zack Garza made a huge save. Christopher Mayberry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ned Hilliard in the 15th minute of play. Zack Garza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Kennedy in the 17th minute of the match. Christopher Mayberry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wade Simmons in the 21st minute of play. Rafael Whitlock charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Whitlock the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Indianola got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Whitlock. Solomon Ledbetter, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Indianola's Christopher Mayberry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wade Simmons in the 27th minute of play. If Ned Hilliard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute Ned Hilliard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Mayberry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Rafael Whitlock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Indianola's Christopher Mayberry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wade Simmons in the 39th minute of play. If Jasper Handy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, North Great River AFC's Karl Bustamante got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 47th minute, Jasper Handy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
The wind increased when Ned Hilliard made the kick off in the second half. When Jasper Handy came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Indianola fans jumped to their feet. With a little luck, Indianola's Christopher Mayberry got control of the ball when Wade Simmons tried to sneak it across the goal line. North Great River AFC's Wade Simmons got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Wade Simmons got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Indianola's Christopher Mayberry proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Indianola from getting a goal against them. Jasper Handy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zack Garza having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Renaldo Fritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in North Great River AFC's zone, Jasper Handy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zack Garza came out of the goal and Jasper Handy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 83 minutes into the match, North Great River AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jasper Handy came free, but Zack Garza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christopher Mayberry had great luck who in the 86thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ned Hilliard from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Wade Simmons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 minutes, Andy Kennedy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Indianola and the North Great River AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 94 minutes in the game, Wade Simmons fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Christopher Mayberry having to interfere. Christopher Mayberry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ned Hilliard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ned Hilliard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Christopher Mayberry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
