Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stewart Abrams took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Mello FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Zaragoza came free, but Joshua Rice reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Carmel's goal looked a bit too open when Stewart Abrams came free, but Rudolph Guzman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Stewart Abrams put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rudolph Guzman. Joshua Rice showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Zaragoza in the 18th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Carmel's zone, Stewart Abrams stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolph Guzman came out of the goal and Stewart Abrams tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jordan Wooten hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jack Pitts charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jack Pitts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Carmel's Jack Pitts got a free kick in the 26th minute. When Stewart Abrams came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Mello FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stewart Abrams couldn't finish the play. After having played for 29 minutes, Cedric Parson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mello FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cedric Parson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wendell Pepper struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Joshua Rice didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carmel. Mark Zaragoza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stewart Abrams struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Rudolph Guzman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mello FC. Rudolph Guzman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stewart Abrams in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mark Zaragoza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Stewart Abrams received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Rudolph Guzman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristobal Shoemaker kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Cedric Parson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mello FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cedric Parson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolph Guzman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute of the match, Cedric Parson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rudolph Guzman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Stewart Abrams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jordan Wooten was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 83 played minutes Carmel got a freekick which was hit by Jordan Wooten. If Wendell Pepper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Thurman Clifton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carmel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thurman Clifton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th match minute, Mello FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Vela to maneuver through the defense.
