Fred Booth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitchell Armstrong, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Draper United's zone, Bernie Bearden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stacy Gary came out of the goal and Bernie Bearden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rolland Tyson to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael McNamara in the 55th minute of play forced South Fallsburg's goalkeeper Fred Booth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malcolm Cleveland's late challenge caught a South Fallsburg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malcolm Cleveland helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes Draper United got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Cleveland. The supporters of South Fallsburg booed when Draper United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylvester Hudson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 minutes, Rolland Tyson made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Draper United's Stacy Gary tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Draper United's Stacy Gary played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolland Tyson in the 79th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Draper United's goal looked a bit too open when Rolland Tyson came free, but Stacy Gary reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stacy Gary didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolland Tyson went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Rolland Tyson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stacy Gary having to make a save. Rolland Tyson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stacy Gary having to interfere. South Fallsburg's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
