Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Scotty Means made the kick off and thus started the match. Prospect FC's Reggie Underwood suffered a sore thigh after 4 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 5th minute, Scotty Means hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quentin Clements recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute Cobi McElroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude McDonough saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sammy Robertson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Rodger Franks made a huge save. Tad Albert kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Cobi McElroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claude McDonough saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quentin Clements during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Prospect FC's Quentin Clements got a free kick in the 27th minute. Angelo Downing took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Claude McDonough. Prospect FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 31st minute, Quentin Clements hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yardley FC's Scotty Means got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claude McDonough took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cobi McElroy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Quentin Clements was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. Quentin Clements kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After 40 minutes Prospect FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Angelo Downing who took care of the corner kick. 47 minutes into the game, Jamel Farris was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yardley FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prospect FC the free kick. Jamel Farris kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sammy Robertson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Prospect FC's goal looked a bit too open when Scotty Means came free, but Claude McDonough reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 played minutes Prospect FC got a freekick which was hit by Tad Albert. 56 minutes into the match, Prospect FC's goalkeeper Claude McDonough had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cobi McElroy. Prospect FC's Claude McDonough proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Prospect FC from getting a goal against them. Cliff Hutchins kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Angelo Downing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yardley FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Downing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claude McDonough breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 68 played minutes Prospect FC got a freekick which was hit by Sammy Robertson. Claude McDonough acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 68th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Angelo Downing. After a defensive mix-up in Prospect FC's zone, Jamel Farris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claude McDonough came out of the goal and Jamel Farris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scotty Means in the 73rd minute of play forced Prospect FC's goalkeeper Claude McDonough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Scotty Means had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claude McDonough showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Scotty Means, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The supporters of Yardley FC booed when Prospect FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sammy Robertson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 played minutes Yardley FC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Thurman. The audience was convinced that Scotty Means's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claude McDonough was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. After 92 played minutes Prospect FC got a freekick which was hit by Antoine Cronshagen. Claude McDonough made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cobi McElroy in the 93rd minute. Cobi McElroy struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Claude McDonough didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yardley FC. The Prospect FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yardley FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Yardley FC.
