Sagamore AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danny Hubbard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sagamore AFC's Joey Bauer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Hubbard in the 23rd minute of play. Danny Hubbard took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joey Bauer. Joey Bauer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Joey Bauer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny Hubbard in the 46th minute of the match. The Sagamore AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chelsea FC were winning 0-2.
53 minutes into the match, Sagamore AFC's goalkeeper Joey Bauer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Gant. In the 55th minute, Danny Hubbard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the game, Stewart Jacobs recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joey Bauer. In the 64th match minute, Sagamore AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian McNair to maneuver through the defense. Danny Hubbard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Joey Bauer made a huge save. Joey Bauer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danny Hubbard went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Chelsea FC's Elton Libby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Childs in the 73rd minute of play. Moises Gant kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Danny Hubbard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Bauer having to interfere. When Stewart Jacobs came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Chelsea FC fans jumped to their feet. After having played for 98 minutes, Danny Hubbard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelsea FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danny Hubbard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Chelsea FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sagamore AFC.
