Jackson Ashley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ian Easley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Swenson struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Alfredo Sharp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saukville FC. Drew Daley's late challenge caught a Saukville FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Drew Daley helped the player get up and apologised. Woodcliff Lake FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saukville FC the free kick. Alfredo Sharp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Willard Perdue's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Willard Perdue had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredo Sharp.
