Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodrick Goodman to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Kelley in the 55th minute of play forced Vamala F.C's goalkeeper Pascal Gauthier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Chalan Pago FC booed when Vamala F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guy Suggs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chalan Pago FC's Gilberto Kelley got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pascal Gauthier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrick Goodman in the 64th minute of the match. If Gilberto Kelley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chalan Pago FC's Rodrick Goodman got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th match minute, Chalan Pago FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cary Mueller to maneuver through the defense. Kermit Hodges stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Pack's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 77th minute, Chris Pack sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chalan Pago FC's Kermit Hodges didn't even have to move. 79 minutes into the match, Vamala F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrick Goodman came free, but Pascal Gauthier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gilberto Kelley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guy Suggs got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Chalan Pago FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vamala F.C's performance.
