An unexpectedly hard shot by Wally Jernigan in the 5th minute of play forced Otsego City's goalkeeper Adolfo Paul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Donny Crawford came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the West Bishop fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donny Crawford couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Paul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wally Jernigan in the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Wally Jernigan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. West Bishop's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wally Jernigan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marlon Pickett charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marlon Pickett the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Marlon Pickett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adolfo Paul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wally Jernigan in the 12th minute of the match. If Gregorio Avila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Gregorio Avila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Otsego City's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Avila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillermo Beatty breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Otsego City's Tanner Culver got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adam Downs kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Jessie Davies hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute Wally Jernigan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Paul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillermo Beatty made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Tanner Culver sent off a good shot on target. Thaddeus Marsh hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Otsego City's Joey Shaffer got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Adolfo Paul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donny Crawford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Paul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donny Crawford in the 43rd minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Donny Crawford made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Otsego City getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Del Jennings hit a great ball. Jessie Davies charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jessie Davies the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Otsego City fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Adolfo Paul had in the 61stth minute some difficulties stopping Barry Bowden's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Adolfo Paul made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wally Jernigan in the 65th minute. With his leg Adolfo Paul managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when West Bishop's Donny Crawford fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wally Jernigan got free with Adolfo Paul in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wally Jernigan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Adolfo Paul when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Adolfo Paul was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Donny Crawford capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Donny Crawford really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Wally Jernigan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 84th minute of the match Adam Downs completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Adam Downs a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Barry Bowden succeeded in the game's 86th minute to get real power on a long shot . Otsego City's Adolfo Paul hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-4! In the 96th minute, Wally Jernigan made a precise shot to the right of Adolfo Paul. Otsego City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5.
