The referee ignored Juventus's protests and gave Brendan Stoner a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Juventus's Brendan Stoner got a free kick in the 5th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fred English in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tanner Burkett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tanner Burkett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred English in the 11th minute of the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Locust Valley AFC's goalkeeper Kenny Messer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dana Spicer struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Tanner Burkett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Locust Valley AFC. Locust Valley AFC's Kenny Messer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Gleason in the 27th minute of play. Mark Cooke kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Greg Dietz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenny Messer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. With a little luck, Juventus's Tanner Burkett got control of the ball when Dana Spicer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Owen Lancaster hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Mayer in the 43rd minute of play forced Locust Valley AFC's goalkeeper Kenny Messer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Greg Dietz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenny Messer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fred English to strike the kick off in the second half. Greg Dietz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Messer having to interfere. Jonathan Mayer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Kenny Messer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute Dana Spicer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanner Burkett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Manuel Bristol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Locust Valley AFC the free kick. Manuel Bristol kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute of the match Ali Carnes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tanner Burkett skillfully saved the ball. Greg Dietz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Kenny Messer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Greg Dietz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kenny Messer. Greg Dietz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. 81 minutes into the match, Locust Valley AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Greg Dietz came free, but Kenny Messer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mark Cooke during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 92 minutes into the match, Locust Valley AFC's goalkeeper Kenny Messer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Mayer. With his leg Kenny Messer managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Juventus's Jonathan Mayer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Greg Dietz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juventus's Randell Casey couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 97th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Locust Valley AFC.
