Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Derick Elliot started the match with the kick off. After 4 minutes, Ned Weeks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sawmills and the Manchester Red Bull players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sawmills getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ned Weeks hit a great ball. When Manchester Red Bull's Sol Richards in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sawmills's goalie prevented a goal. Sylvester Peters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sol Richards in the 12th minute of play. Sawmills's Sylvester Peters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Wiley in the 19th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Derick Elliot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sylvester Peters was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Ross McKinnon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. In the 25th minute Ross McKinnon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristofer Bacon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rdth minute of the game Gabriel Vincent who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester Red Bull's Kristofer Bacon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sol Richards sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Sol Richards got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Manchester Red Bull's Sol Richards nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sylvester Peters made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 43 minutes, Sol Richards managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester Red Bull's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sol Richards was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sawmills's Sylvester Peters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derick Elliot in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabriel Vincent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sawmills's zone, Sol Richards stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sylvester Peters came out of the goal and Sol Richards tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sawmills's Sylvester Peters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derick Elliot in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Manchester Red Bull was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Jefferson to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Gabriel Vincent managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sawmills's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Vincent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristofer Bacon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sylvester Peters came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester Red Bull's Sol Richards. But to his dismay, Sol Richards quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Sylvester Peters showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derick Elliot in the 78th minute of the match. Manchester Red Bull's Derick Elliot got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 minutes of play Sawmills's Ned Weeks was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Manchester Red Bull's Chase Neely couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sawmills. In the 87th minute, Sol Richards made a precise shot to the right of Sylvester Peters. Sawmills's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Manchester Red Bull's Kristofer Bacon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ross McKinnon in the 94th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Derick Elliot in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sylvester Peters saved Sawmills from getting behind. The Sawmills fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Manchester Red Bull were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
