Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Archbald's Ronny Flanagan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5thth minute of the game Cruz Brunson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Archbald's Jermaine Countess was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronny Flanagan in the 6th minute of play forced Baskin's goalkeeper Gregory Hess to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregory Hess made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blair Shah in the 8th minute. If Blair Shah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronny Flanagan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blair Shah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregory Hess read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Archbald's Ronny Flanagan got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cruz Brunson might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jermaine Countess. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cruz Brunson ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the match, Baskin's goalkeeper Gregory Hess had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blair Shah. Marquis Price, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cruz Brunson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ronny Flanagan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Gregory Hess tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Archbald's Jermaine Countess proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Archbald from getting a goal against them. Neal Cronin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jermaine Countess having to make a save. When Craig Padilla was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 68 minutes had been played. The supporters of Archbald booed when Baskin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Craig Padilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ronny Flanagan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Archbald's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronny Flanagan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gregory Hess breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alan McCollum kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Cruz Brunson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronny Flanagan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gregory Hess tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Baskin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cruz Brunson to maneuver through the defense. Ronny Flanagan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Archbald's Blair Shah got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cruz Brunson got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Baskin getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Cruz Brunson hit a great ball. After 84 played minutes Baskin got a freekick which was hit by Cody Barlow. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Ronny Flanagan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Archbald's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronny Flanagan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gregory Hess breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After recieving a nice pass, Archbald's Marquis Price tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Blair Shah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Hess having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Archbald fans cheered their team off the field, for while Baskin had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
