Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lamar Parr, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ervin Lemons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Clayton, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ervin Lemons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Clayton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, SPORTIVO MUNICIPAL's Lamar Parr got control of the ball when Johnson Sheldon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luis Gillespie hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Eusebio Bliss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Eusebio Bliss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Indiana United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Bliss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Johnson Sheldon to strike the kick off in the second half. Lamar Parr came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Indiana United FC's Johnson Sheldon. But to his dismay, Johnson Sheldon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 56 minutes, Corey McCracken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Indiana United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Corey McCracken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, SPORTIVO MUNICIPAL's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Neely came free, but Lamar Parr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusebio Bliss struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Lamar Parr didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indiana United FC. After having played for 63 minutes, Johnson Sheldon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Indiana United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johnson Sheldon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lamar Parr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Bliss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Indiana United FC's Eusebio Bliss sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lamar Parr narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Johnson Sheldon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johnson Sheldon in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lamar Parr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Eusebio Bliss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Bliss in the 95th minute of play forced SPORTIVO MUNICIPAL's goalkeeper Lamar Parr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johnson Sheldon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Lamar Parr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Indiana United FC were the better team. Indiana United FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
