Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Shayne Ulrich started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reggie McRae in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfred Black prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shayne Ulrich in the 11th minute of play forced World stars's goalkeeper Jefferson Wallace to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ethan Pacheco during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 13 minutes into the match, World stars's goal looked a bit too open when Shayne Ulrich came free, but Jefferson Wallace reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jospeh Crowley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Cary Judd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iona AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cary Judd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jefferson Wallace breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jospeh Crowley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Cary Judd left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iona AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 35 minutes, Royce Knutson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iona AFC and the World stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jefferson Wallace showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jospeh Crowley in the 40th minute of the match. A collision led to Iona AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Cary Judd hit a great ball. Fred Welch took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfred Black. Wilfred Black dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reggie McRae to strike the kick off in the second half. Jefferson Wallace took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shayne Ulrich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reggie McRae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. World stars's Jefferson Wallace played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shayne Ulrich in the 64th minute of play. Jospeh Crowley came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jefferson Wallace could save by the left post. Jospeh Crowley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Jefferson Wallace made a huge save. Wilfred Black showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darin Dozier in the 75th minute of the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Reggie McRae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. World stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reggie McRae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Jospeh Crowley notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of World stars's Jefferson Wallace. Jefferson Wallace was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jefferson Wallace made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shayne Ulrich in the 86th minute of play. Teddy Braun's late challenge caught a Iona AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teddy Braun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th match minute, World stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teddy Braun to maneuver through the defense. Jefferson Wallace made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jospeh Crowley in the 90th minute. Brett Hoover kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. World stars's Jefferson Wallace proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save World stars from getting a goal against them. After 97 played minutes Iona AFC got a freekick which was hit by Royce Knutson. The Iona AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
