A very good chance. 6 minutes into the game, one of Victory Lakes FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 12th match minute, Woodlyn FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Kendall to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Victory Lakes FC's Jayson Stephenson got a free kick in the 16th minute. King Easley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Miranda having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Victory Lakes FC's Tomas Alonzo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nathaniel Miranda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Tomas Alonzo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nathaniel Miranda was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the match, Woodlyn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Alonzo came free, but Nathaniel Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match, Cole Bell tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stefan Lozano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Cole Bell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stefan Lozano was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Cole Bell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacio Puckett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Lozano having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Woodlyn FC's Cole Bell in the 43rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Stefan Lozano was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Victory Lakes FC through an amazing save. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Clark Lacey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woodlyn FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clark Lacey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Lozano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Alonzo to strike the kick off in the second half. Randolph Guthrie's late challenge caught a Woodlyn FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Randolph Guthrie helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Victory Lakes FC got a freekick which was hit by Randolph Guthrie. Stefan Lozano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cole Bell, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Ignacio Puckett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Stefan Lozano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58thth minute of the game Cole Bell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Victory Lakes FC's Stefan Lozano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ignacio Puckett came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Woodlyn FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Puckett couldn't finish the play. Cole Bell struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Stefan Lozano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woodlyn FC. After having played for 65 minutes, Cole Bell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woodlyn FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cole Bell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Cole Bell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stefan Lozano was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 69th minute, King Easley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nathaniel Miranda was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Stefan Lozano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cole Bell in the 74th minute of the match. King Easley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Miranda having to interfere. King Easley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefan Lozano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cole Bell, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Stefan Lozano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cole Bell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the game, Woodlyn FC's Ignacio Puckett nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stefan Lozano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Woodlyn FC fully deserved thier win.
