Ollie Staley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Woodlyn FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ollie Staley hit a great ball. Son Hoyt hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When Oriental Dragon FC's Roger Burrell in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Woodlyn FC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacio Puckett during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Oriental Dragon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Hammer to maneuver through the defense. Oriental Dragon FC's Thomas Stroud got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ollie Staley kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Ollie Staley hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Ignacio Puckett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cole Bell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ignacio Puckett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanner Leslie having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Marco Connell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Oriental Dragon FC's Marco Connell got a free kick in the 56th minute. Thomas Stroud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Miranda having to interfere. Cole Bell received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tanner Leslie came out and tried to block the shot, but Cole Bell slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roger Burrell in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nathaniel Miranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Woodlyn FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cole Bell hit a great ball. Thomas Stroud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Nathaniel Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Ollie Staley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Roger Burrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cole Bell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oriental Dragon FC's Henry Lyon suffered a sore thigh after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Ignacio Puckett was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Oriental Dragon FC booed when Woodlyn FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Puckett didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 minutes, Val Montgomery mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oriental Dragon FC and the Woodlyn FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Val Montgomery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 played minutes Oriental Dragon FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Connell. Cole Bell struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Tanner Leslie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woodlyn FC. The Woodlyn FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Woodlyn FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
