With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joseph Fugate in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Bergman saved Westminster East from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Ed Burton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Westminster East fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Rudolf Duvall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merlin Babcock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bale Hill's supporters rose to their feet, but Johnny Poole was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Bergman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfonso Ackerman kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Joseph Fugate sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Westminster East's Lucas Bergman didn't even have to move. Joseph Fugate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Westminster East supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Westminster East would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
